Target has bagged baby carrots for anywhere from .99-$1.29/bag (1 lb bag) - depending on where you live. It was $1.29 for me but other people are reporting .99 cents. Anyway - there was a Target printable for $1/1 a few weeks back and still available in the A Full Cup coupon generator found at http://www.afullcup.com/forums/cmps_index.php?page=coupon_generator . That makes free or super cheap carrots. Even since I still had to pay .29/each I still got 10 bags and will blanch and freeze them to make them last long. The coupon is valid until November 8.
